She Would Be

Who would she be if she decided to shine
Deep-blue stellar clouds of pre-formed life?
Shine from
Golden-green glow of potent seeds
Drinking in this blue-Earth water planet.

Who would she be if she decided that Love was
Just enough as it is?
Love of Sun to rocky crags and
Mossy woodlands; Moon to hidden water caverns.
Vast Universes twisting. Plummeting
Into the Abyss, she's no longer free.

Who would she be if Adoration now
Twenty years too late -
Was only whispered affect? Weakening pulse
Left-over artifact of his sunken ship; a
Curious, lost penny. Fake diamonds crushed in a
Frigid crevasse of forgotten glaciers.

Who would she be, twinkling star-born Lover,
Knowing that Earth was not her Home? Patience
Something waits to die; Loneliest
Pieces of Self never born.
Lusty eyes, incoherent moaning. Swan
Songs longing for her Oceans of Light. Swim!

Would she be an intimate Wonder;
White dandelion fluff tickling the grass;
Cardinal's call for his lover-mate; the
Clip of thunder bells from a church steeple;
Garden gate squeals delight, each giggling child swings open;
Dutch folk songs serenade the gulf of tulips in bloom?

She would be -
Electric blue Sun-streaked pine forest glow; Tender
Breathy kisses of sleepy children; percussion of rain-soaked
Banana leaves; a castle turret in misted twilight; butterfly kaleidoscope band; Peaceful Star looking up
Looking down with Love.
